Archeological Backsplash . . . 2011

This backsplash was created by Vicki Gunter from pottery shards, marbles and rusted objects found in the garden over a 30 year period. The melted marbles were a door prize from a retirement party for an Oakland high school teacher and the stained glass bits were found in a drawer at Urban Ore. Rocks and shells were natural gifts from friends and nature over the years.
